InnoPath Software Ranked Number 17 in Deloitte's Silicon Valley Fast 50 for Software and Information Technology Companies
Speaks to Strong Financials and Tier 1 Customers
Sunnyvale, California, November
4, 2008 – InnoPath Software has been
named to Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 Program
for Silicon Valley Software and Information
Technology (IT) companies. This year’s
Silicon Valley Technology Fast 50 program is
co-presented by Deloitte, Silicon Valley
Bank, Korn/Ferry International, Cooley Godward
Kronish LLP, Cornish & Carey Client Solutions,
and ABD Insurance and Financial Services – A
Wells Fargo Company. Rankings are based on
the percentage revenue growth over five years
from fiscal year 2003–2007. This ranking
reflects the company’s leadership in
Mobile Device Management (MDM) as well as the
company’s financial controls and its
ability to convert customer engagements into
actual revenue.
“With a global customer base of Tier
1 wireless operators and device manufacturers,
InnoPath has consistently demonstrated leadership
in MDM, resulting in 2099% revenue growth over
the past five years,” said John Fazio,
President and CEO of InnoPath. “We have
the right solution at the right time, offering
operators in an uncertain economic environment
the controls that will drive costs out of their
customer care organizations while enabling superior
customer service.”
To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, companies
must have had operating revenues of at least
$50,000 in fiscal year 2003 and $5,000,000 in
fiscal year 2007, be headquartered in the San
Francisco Bay Area, and be a company that o wns
proprietary technology or proprietary intellectual
property that contributes to a significant portion
of the company's operating revenues; or d evotes
a significant proportion of revenues to the research
and development of technology. Using other companies'
technology or intellectual property in a unique
way does not qualify.
“Deloitte’s
Silicon Valley Technology Fast 50 companies
have shown the strength, vision and tenacity
to succeed in today’s very competitive
technology environment,” said Mark Jensen,
Managing Partner, National Venture Capital
Services, Deloitte & Touche LLP, in Silicon
Valley. “We applaud the successes of
InnoPath and acknowledge it as one of the very
few to accomplish such a fast growth rate over
the past five years.”
InnoPath’s solution enables mobile operators’ care
organizations to provide better service with
reduced expenses in the face of increasing device
and service complexity. InnoPath is unique in
delivering a standards-based pre-integrated solution
that is extensible based on the business requirements
of the operator. In fact, the ROI for MDM-enabled
customer care has been proven in a recent study
by the analyst firm Stratecast which places the
annual global operator exposure at over $25 billion,
much of which may be saved through MDM. Interested
