John Fazio, President and Chief Executive Officer
John Fazio

John Fazio is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of technology leadership experience and a strong track record of developing and leading companies in various phases of the business lifecycle. As President and Chief Executive Officer of InnoPath Software Mr. Fazio is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the company. Before joining InnoPath he was President and CEO of Venturi Wireless, a provider of 3G mobile broadband optimization solutions. Mr. Fazio’s previous positions have included President and CEO of Shoreline Communications, a leading provider of Voice over IP solutions, President and GM of Octel Communications PC Products division, as well as key management positions at Digital Equipment and AT&T Information Systems. Mr. Fazio holds a BA in Business Administration from Washington State University.



Greg Walker, Chief Financial Officer
Greg Walker Greg Walker brings a proven track record and significant public company expertise to InnoPath. Prior to InnoPath, Mr. Walker served as Chief Financial Officer and vice president, finance at Magma Design Automation. Prior to Magma, he served as CFO, and later as interim CEO, for Accrue Software, a leading provider of customer relationship management products. He also served as CFO for Duet Technologies, as CFO for Netpower Inc., as Vice President of finance at Synopsys, as Treasurer and director of planning at Integrated Device Technology, as manager of corporate general accounting for IBM's ROLM division, and as manager of strategic planning and analysis for Xerox Corporation. Mr. Walker holds an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, and a B.A. in economics and history from Union College in Schenectady, New York.


Dr. Tom London, Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Tom London Dr. Tom London has held a variety of distinguished management and lead technical positions with companies such as Concert, AT&T and Bell Laboratories. Most recently, Dr. London was the Chief Technology Officer and founding partner of Aruba Media, Inc.,. Prior to Aruba, he was co-founder of SLA partners, a global consulting firm providing strategic and tactical support to VC firms, startups and communications equipment and service companies. Dr. London was Vice President of architecture and strategy for Concert Technologies, where his charter included Internet network and services architecture for the AT&T/BT/Concert Alliance, and standardization of network, application, and provisioning interfaces to protocols needed to support seamless service. Dr. London holds numerous U.S. and global patents and co-authored Networks in a Flash: Making Broadband for You, a book that simplifies the installation process of broadband. Dr. London holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and earned graduate and doctorate degrees from Cornell University.


Adrian Chan , Vice President, Engineering
Dave Ginsburg Adrian Chan brings over 20 years of experience in driving strategy and development of innovative products in wireless, enterprise application infrastructure and service architecture. Before joining InnoPath, Mr. Chan was Vice President of Engineering at Bubble Motion, a leading provider of Voice SMS applications to operators globally. Previously, he was Vice President of Engineering at Instant802 Networks, provider of 802.11 system software to ODM and OEM makers of wireless capable devices. Prior to that, Mr. Chan was Head of Engineering of the New Technologies Division at BEA. During his tenure at BEA, Adrian led engineering development of the WebLogic family of products from early staged startup to enterprise-ready releases. Mr. Chan also held various technical management positions at Netscape, HaL Computer, Andersen Consulting and AT&T. Mr. Chan holds a MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Wisconsin, Madison.


David Ginsburg, Vice President, Marketing
Dave Ginsburg David Ginsburg brings to InnoPath more than 20 years of marketing and technical networking experience. Most recently, Mr. Ginsburg was Vice President of Marketing at Lucent Technologies and was responsible for all aspects of Lucent's Carrier Ethernet Solutions (former Riverstone) marketing, product strategy, and business operations. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Marketing & Product Management at Riverstone Networks, Vice President of Marketing at Allegro Networks and Vice President of Product Marketing at Nortel Networks. David has also held a variety of management and engineering positions with Cisco Systems, Alcatel and the U.S. Army. Mr. Ginsburg has authored several internetworking books including Implementing IP Services and the Network Edge, Implementing ADSL and ATM: Solutions for Enterprise Internetworking. He is also a former chair of the Broadband Content Delivery Forum (BCDF) and holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.


Terry Hartsfield, Vice President, Global Operations
Terry Hartsfield Terry Hartsfield comes to InnoPath with more than 20 years of experience in advancing customer operations and increasing customer and partner satisfaction. Previously, Mr. Hartsfield was Vice President of Customer Advocacy for ShoreTel, Inc., an IP PBX voice systems company within the VoIP market. During his time at ShoreTel, he managed new product alpha and beta trails, technical assistance centers, service engineering, educational services, professional services and quality. While at ShoreTel, Mr. Hartsfield garnered world-class customer and reseller satisfaction ratings, raising ShoreTel above its competitors. Prior to ShoreTel, he was Vice President of Customer Service at Network Equipment Technologies, Inc. (N.E.T.). He expanded the service organization into a global, profitable business, which supported customers such as AT&T, MCI, WorldCom, French Telecom, British Telecom as well as the U.S. military. Before moving to N.E.T., Mr. Hartsfield played an instrumental role as the Vice President of Customer Satisfaction and Chief Quality Officer at NetFRAME, a provider of high-end NetWare and NT servers, where he successfully revamped the company's service organization. He also spent seven years at Sun Microsystems in a series of director-level positions dealing with customer service and support, process management and strategic product launches. Mr. Hartsfield holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Northeastern University.


Dr. Greg Buzzard, Vice President, Technical Marketing
Dr. Greg Buzzard Dr. Greg Buzzard has held a variety of management and lead technical positions at AT&T Labs, HP Labs, Sun Microsystems and BEA. Previously, as Director of Engineering at Sun Microsystems, and as Technical Director at BEA Greg has led geographically and culturally diverse organization advanced technology explorations and created technical strategy assessments. At AT&T Labs, as Director of Engineering, and later at Concert Communications, as Director of Architecture, Mr. Buzzard led teams to develop IP services architectures and develop a distributed and highly-scalable IP service platform. Early in his career, Greg led research projects developing high-performance cluster communications hardware and software at Hewlett-Packard Laboratories and was Asst. Professor of Computer Science at the Naval Postgraduate School. Dr. Buzzard brings over 20 years of experience to InnoPath, where his responsibilities include defining and specifying products and the innovation that goes into them. Greg has Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and a doctorate in Computer Engineering, all from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.


Eric King, Vice President, Business Development
John Fazio Eric King comes to InnoPath with more than a decade of experience in business development and managing strategic alliances within the wireless and communications market. Most recently Mr. King was the leader and creator of Intel Capital's investments in carrier grade infrastructure with a specific focus on Mobile Device Management. This included building the investment strategy in support of Intel Corporation's strategic objectives and seeking out and investing in the leading companies in this market segment. During Mr. King's tenure at Intel Capital he was also responsible for Intel's investment and business deals with cell phone Reference Design Houses, SDP/IMS infrastructure providers and Mobile Security companies. He also led the Intel Capital investment strategy for Intels multi-billion dollar Flash Memory Group. Prior to Intel Capital, Mr. King worked in Business Development and Strategic Finance within Intel Corporation, was the CFO of Angia Communications, and a CPA at Ernst & Young. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Brigham Young University.


Jeff Pool, Vice President, Sales, Americas
Jeff Pool Jeff Pool brings a wealth of sales experience to InnoPath and is responsible for sales activities for North America. Before joining InnoPath, Mr. Pool served in various senior management positions with Wireless Facilities Inc (WFI), including Vice President of US Sales and Business Development. Mr. Pool was the focal point of WFI's relationship with Cingular, Siemens and General Dynamics, and significantly increased the WFI US business during his tenure. Additionally, Mr. Pool held sales and marketing management roles with leading carriers Verizon and Sprint International. Mr. Pool holds an MBA from Darden Graduate Business School and a BS degree from the University of Virginia.


Shinichi Sawai, Vice President, Sales, Japan & President, InnoPath Japan
Shinichi Sawai Shinichi Sawai brings more than 20 years of expertise managing the growth of global business development for the Japanese telecommunications industry. Before joining InnoPath, Mr.Sawai oversaw the successful growth of global business for NTT Data Corporation, a system integrator group comprised of 100 subsidiaries and affiliates, and contributed to the success of 3G radio system business for Japanese cellular operators at Lucent Technologies, Japan. Mr. Sawai developed his vast knowledge of the Japanese telecommunications industry during his 26 years with Mitsubishi Corporation, where he coordinated International Business Development including more than 10 years overseas posting, and was involved with many new business development initiatives in the IT & Telecommunications industry. Before beginning his tenure at NTT Data Corporation, Mr.Sawai oversaw IT & ITS planning for Toyota Motor Corporation. Mr. Sawai holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan, and also studied Business Administration at Munich University, West Germany.


Uday Nagendran, Vice President, Sales, APAC
Uday Nagendran Uday Nagendran comes to InnoPath with more than fifteen years of software, wireless, networking and mobile services engineering development experience. Previously, Mr. Nagendran was Senior Vice President, Engineering and Technology at InfoMove Inc., where his responsibility included strategy, product management, patents, market development and launch of services in Europe and the US with carriers and service providers. Prior to InfoMove, Mr. Nagendran was Vice President of Product Development at US Wireless where he was responsible for definition of technology and product commercialization. He worked with Hewlett Packard, Nextel and ATT wireless and was responsible for system integration for carrier trials including AirTouch, Western Wireless, Nextel and Verizon. Mr. Nagendran holds a Master of Science degree from the University of California and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Bangalore University.


Mark Banfield, Managing Director, Sales, EMEA
Mark Banfield Mark Banfield has proven track record of developing and managing sales in the telecommunications sector in the EMEA market. Mr. Banfield joins Innopath from SmartTrust, a leading SIM and Device Management vendor, where he was Sales Director for EMEA. Responsible for the sales team and drive into the MDM market, Banfield oversaw the development of SmartTrust's largest market with more than 40 mobile operator customers. During his time some 15 new customers were acquired including many Tier 1 operators. Previous to SmartTrust, Mr. Banfield held senior sales positions in Autodesk Inc. and MapInfo. Mr. Banfield is an alumnus of the London Business School and University College London.
